Noble Gold Investments Reviews
If you are interested in investing in physical gold and other precious metals, you have likely stumbled upon Noble Gold. Noble Gold Investments is an industry leader in the gold IRA industry, and it goes even beyond that with other products including silver IRAs, other collectible coins, rare coins, and more.
I’ve been reviewing gold IRA companies for years now, and I want to share more about Noble Gold since it’s a popular option and many investors consider it.
Personally, I invested with Goldco. So did Greg, in fact. But everyone has different goals and timelines, so we felt it was best to share with you our take on NobleGold.
Are you ready to hear what I think about Noble Gold? Keep reading to find out.
Noble Gold Offers Gold IRAs, Silver IRAs, and Other Investment Options
Noble Gold is a precious metals company that sells gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rare coins to investors, coin collectors, and those who have a precious metals individual retirement account.
One of the things I really like about Noble Gold is the focus on education. This type of educational approach is wonderful for those who are new to investing in various precious metals, and for those who are opening a gold or silver IRA for the first time.
Another thing I really like about this company is the Noble Gold staff. Every member of the Noble Gold team that I have ever interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable, and answered my questions in a way that I understand.
Located in Pasadena, CA, Noble Gold has been around for less than a decade, but when compared to other companies that offer items like gold and silver coins and precious metals IRAs, they are just as good, if not better, than companies that have been around for decades. For instance, you can download a free investment kit, which has basic information about the precious metals market, you can learn about how a self-directed IRA works, and you can check out everything from gold and silver to platinum and palladium investments.
You can also start filling out paperwork to open a precious metals IRA, and then get connected to a Noble Gold representative to continue the process.
Working with Noble Gold Investments – A Very Easy Process
Working with Noble Gold couldn’t be easier. You will work closely with a member of the customer service team, and if you have questions, they will do their best to help. This is not always the case in the precious metals industry where predatory tactics or high pressure sales are the norm. Noble Gold has ethical business practices and transparent operations that stand out.
Noble Gold makes the process of buying precious metal products easy. Though they don’t have coin prices on their website, one of the members of their exceptional customer service team will help with investment decisions, rolling over from existing IRAs, making changes to accounts, explaining which tangible assets might be best for your account, and serve as a financial advisor since they are an expert in gold and silver IRAs.
Even if you are new to the self-directed IRA industry, you don’t have to worry. The goal of Noble Gold is assisting clients to create the best possible financial future by investing in precious metals.
Opening an IRA with Noble Gold
Most people working with Noble Gold will eventually open a gold IRA or other individual retirement account. This is an ideal way to diversify your portfolio and prepare for retirement regardless of market volatility.
One of the biggest advantages of Noble Gold, in my opinion, is how easy it is to open this type of account. The website has very clear instructions to help you fill out the form, and before you know it, one of their financial agents will reach out to help finish creating your account as well as funding it.
Once the account is funded, they will work with you to choose metals to add to your IRA. They will explain all of other information you need to be aware of, too, such as fees, high-security storage options, how market conditions might affect investments, and much more.
Keep in mind that you can invest in precious metals without an IRA, too, with Noble Gold. Potential customers can contact the team for a free consultation, talk about the types of metals they are interested in, and then buy the metals without any exorbitant fees. If you get to a point where you need money or you are ready to sell, Noble Gold also has a buyback program that offers fair pricing for precious metals.
Finally, the company also offers Royal Survival Packs, which are pre-made packs based on different investment levels. This enables investors to keep their wealth held in precious metals instead of in the stock market or in cash during times of emergency.
Noble Gold Storage Options
If you buy metals from Noble Gold without an IRA, they will ship the metals to you. At that point, you can store them in a safe in your home or in a bank vault or safety deposit box. If you invest in an IRA, however, you will need to store your metals in a depository, which is a storage facility approved by the IRS.
Noble Gold has three different storage options for clients, and all of them are highly respected and extremely safe.
Noble Gold Fees and Pricing
Every gold IRA company you work with has some type of fee structure. There might be a setup fee, a storage fee, an account management fee, etc. For Noble Gold, the fees are, as follows:

Other Positive Reviews
Customer satisfaction is important to Noble Gold, as it is to any company, but in this case, it really shows in these reviews.
One reviewer on Google, Tina, had this to say:
“We were looking into rolling over our 401K into precious metals and came upon Noble Gold. We spoke with Mandi Carlson, a representative with Noble Gold, and we found him both personable and informative who took his time to explain everything from start to finish, answering all of our questions. He made us feel safe and secure working with Noble Gold and we continue to work with him 4 years later. We highly recommend Noble Gold and Mandi to anyone looking to do the same.”
Mark and Heather shared this review on TrustPilot:
“There are many precious metal investors out there,BUT the is Only one company we recommend for people looking to invest in precious metals. That is Noble Gold Investments, in this time of turmoil with Investments. My wife and I invested in precious metals over a year ago since the stock market is so unstable and have been extremely fortunate. A BIG shout out to Jake Bell and Noble Gold associates for helping us secure our future without DOUBT! We highly recommend Noble Gold Investments as their team of agents are helpful and mindful of your investments as are you! The process was much easier than we thought and are looking forward to a secure future, unlike the stock market risks. Thanks again Noble Gold for all your help and reassurance of our future life savings.”
Noble Gold Complaints
As with every company, Noble Gold does have a couple of complaints that I was able to find.
This one is from an anonymous user on TrustPilot:
“My investment suffered a big loss in the first 6 mos! the person I talked to sent me a brochure but did not try to explain if this is normal or not?”
Here is another complaint from Google:
“I just received a call from Noble Gold where the guy was pushing me to buy 1923 BU Peace Dollars for $70 per coin – they are currently selling on Apmex for $40 per coin – don’t buy from Noble Gold, they are clearly a scammy company.”
I will say in Noble Gold’s defense that they reply to every complaint, which I think is honorable.
Pros and Cons of Noble Gold
Here are some of the pros and cons of Noble Gold, in my opinion:
Pros
- Many positive reviews from hundreds of customers
- More precious metals available when compared to other gold IRA companies
- Customer service and educational resources are front and center when working with Noble Gold
Cons
- The company has only been around for 9 years
- Prices are not listed on the website – you must call for pricing
My Final Thoughts About Noble Gold
Noble Gold is one of my top picks when people ask about gold IRAs or precious metals investing. Though it is new to the scene, the company has grown quickly and has certainly made a name for itself over the past few years. There are hundreds of happy customers, very few complaints, and competitive pricing and benefits. Though I also recommend other companies, Noble Gold is one that you should definitely consider along with other gold IRA options that I have reviewed.
